The annual OCTG Regional Auditions provide actors the opportunity to be seen by auditors from multiple theater companies and producers within the OC Theatre Guild. Equity and non-equity actors are welcome to participate. (OCTG individual members have priority access.)

Next OCTG Regional Auditions will be held: 

• Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 10am - 5pm

• Costa Mesa Playhouse, 661 Hamilton Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92627

Casting: 

• Union and non-union actors, ages 18–80.

• All ethnicities are encouraged to audition.

• No video submissions will be accepted.

• Roles available for multiple OC Theatre Guild companies’ upcoming seasons. 

Compensation:

• Varies by theater company and production.

What to Prepare:

• Perform up to two selections (any combination of monologues and songs).

• Monologues: Less than one minute.

• Songs: 24–32 bars; an accompanist will be provided.

What to Bring:

• 11 copies of your headshot and resume (stapled).

• Sheet music (if singing).

Auditions are by appointment only. Limited availability. We can accommodate up to two individuals per timeslot, so please schedule an appointment using any of the two provided links. (link #1, link #2)

Walk-ins are always welcome! While we can't guarantee a spot, we’ll do our best to fit you in between scheduled appointments. In every past regional audition, we’ve successfully accommodated all walk-ins.
